Who we are

Sports Wholesale supplies independent retailers, online sellers and clearance operators across the UK and Europe with genuine branded sportswear, footwear and accessories. The team has a combined 30+ years of buying and selling branded sportswear at trade level.

We are not a marketplace and not a dropship broker. We buy stock properly, hold it in our UK warehouse, and sell it as a wholesaler should. Every item is supplied with appropriate paperwork and provenance — no replicas, no grey imports, no unverified sources.

How we source stock

Every shipment is tagged to one of three upstream tiers:

• Tier 1 — authorised distributors. UK and EU distributors operating under brand trading agreements. Relationships we have held for multiple years.
• Tier 2 — brand clearance programmes. Official end-of-season, non-current and outlet channels that brands run to clear stock through qualified trade partners.
• Tier 3 — established trade partners. Long-standing wholesalers we have bought from for years, each of whom can trace their own provenance back to Tier 1 or Tier 2.

This is why we can supply commercial invoices that pass marketplace authentication (Amazon and others) and answer provenance questions in writing on request.

Authentication workflow

Every shipment is intake-inspected before stock is allocated to pickable inventory. The workflow covers carton and packaging, SKU verification against manufacturer databases, physical inspection of apparel and footwear, and documented provenance filed against the shipment.

Our team

A small, trade-focused team based at our London warehouse. The buying desk handles sourcing and supplier relationships; the intake team runs authentication and warehouse operations; the trade desk handles customer accounts, reservations and invoicing. You talk to the same team on every order.

Buying is led by Tony Eidsforth, Senior Buyer, with 30 years in the branded sportswear trade. Tony owns the Tier-1 distributor relationships and clears every brand intake personally before stock moves into pickable inventory.
